Remote Court Appearances via Zoom
All counsel, litigants, and witnesses are required to be present in court at any evidentiary hearing. Parties may appear telephonically or via remote video at selected non-evidentiary hearings. Parties who wish to appear telephonically or via remote video appearance for an evidentiary hearing or at any selected non-evidentiary hearing, permission must first be granted by the Court upon finding of good cause. Parties may apply ex parte to the Court for such permission by filing.
When appearing via Zoom, you need only login to the “Zoom meeting” at the time your specific court case is set to begin. Please refer to the court calendar links to see when your case is scheduled to begin.

Traffic Court Information
The Traffic Division handles only Infraction matters for Traffic violations, Fish & Game violations, local city and county ordinances, boating, and dog/animal citations. Note: driving under the influence (DUI) violations are handled through the Criminal Division.

Jury Service
If you have been summoned for Jury Duty, please follow this link to complete the Jury Questionnaire. You will need the juror badge and group number shown on your summons.

Public Records Request
The court will make identifiable judicial administrative records available upon request, unless the records are exempt from disclosure under Rule 10.500. Records may be subject to payment of a fee.

The mission of the Court is to dispense justice in all matters within its jurisdiction in an impartial manner and in accordance with the law.
